Alicia is the Founder of Made For Impact and brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to the world of e-commerce. With a Bachelor of Journalism, Alicia began her career with a Sydney fashion magazine before making the shift into the digital space. She spent eight years as the Marketing Manager for a Financial Services firm, specialising in digital lead generation. In 2016, she moved into web development, completing a Full Stack Web Development course in Shibuya, Japan. She then further refined her coding skills with the Standout Squarespace and Standout Shopify courses, refining her Liquid coding techniques and Shopify customisation skills to become a Shopify Expert. Her diverse experience has enabled her to collaborate with designers, entrepreneurs and tech talent across Japan, USA and Australia.
Lauren Wootton is the Creative Director and Founder of De Marque Studio and has over 16 years design experience. Lauren loves to help brands to realise their fullest expression, working with clients from a diverse range of industries including all the chic names in beauty, fashion, interiors and wellness. Specialising in logo design, branding, websites and packaging, Lauren works closely with clients to craft bespoke, timeless designs that truly reflect their identity. Her approach is collaborative, refined and rooted in the belief that every brand has a unique story waiting to be told. While De Marque are now based in Brisbane, Lauren developed her career for 9 years in Melbourne, where she gained deep learnings of all things design throughout her time at some of the city’s most innovative agencies.
