Introducing MAJ’R Label, a luxury womenswear brand focused on creating well crafted, timeless staples for a circular and intentional wardrobe. Founded by Bec and Marissa Karagiorgos, the creators of the iconic Fashion and Lifestyle blog TWICE BLESSED, MAJ’R aims to impact women globally.
In collaboration with De Marque Studio — the brief was to create a chic, timeless and luxurious Shopify website, designed with ‘the detail oriented minimalist’ in mind. From seamless functionality to stunning aesthetics, we carefully considered every element of this custom Shopify website — and we’re so excited to share this project!
We kicked off this project with an in-depth analysis into how MAJ’R’s website would help them to achieve their business and user goals. We proposed a website architecture that would offer a smooth customer experience whilst reflecting their brand’s aesthetics and values.
We know that good design can transform a business — so we worked with De Marque Studio to design bespoke layouts for MAJ’R Label.
After analysing the functionality and features required for MAJ’R Label, we decided to use Broadcast theme as a foundation. We base our theme selection on which foundation will tick the most boxes for the functionality required, then we code customisations to premium Shopify themes and build out custom sections using Liquid (Shopify’s templating language) in order to create a refined experience while keeping the user interface easy for you to manage.
A “Shop the Look” section is a valuable tool for fashion inspiration, customer engagement and increased sales on the Shopify platform.
Bec and Marissa can leverage their fashion industry expertise to curate complete outfits, inspiring customers and facilitating a seamless shopping experience.
This feature not only simplifies the purchasing process but also presents cross-selling opportunities, as customers are encouraged to explore and buy complementary items. The convenience of shopping entire outfits with a few clicks enhances the overall user experience, potentially leading to higher conversion rates and increased average order values.
Additionally, “Shop the Look” contributes to enhanced product discovery, keeping customers engaged on the site for longer periods. This curated approach to showcasing products allows for storytelling and the establishment of a strong brand identity.
MAJ’R offers a cohesive wardrobe staples for the detail-oriented minimalist seeking an interchangeable wardrobe. All of their pieces are designed to pair with current and future collections for an intentional circular wardrobe — so we implemented a pairs well with upsell on the product template.
